Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We will then contact our suppliers to verify the availability of the item for immediate delivery.
We aim to deliver orders within 7 to 10 business days. However, Vaz Auto Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or supplier.
Cancellations and refunds will only be processed if the part is not delivered within 30 days from the order date.
If your item is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within five business days of the order date.
You will receive tracking information within 24–48 hours after your order has shipped to the registered postal address or the address provided during the order.
